Change in Data Availability Notice Regarding Provider.AccuReports.com

Effective January 1, 2025, Elevance Health data is not available on AccuReports by FRG. Aligned providers seeking incentive contract performance data should contact their Elevance Health network representatives.

FRG offers provider groups who have financial risk with one or more health plans and ACOs the option to consolidate their data into a private AccuReports portal. By choosing to Go Direct with FRG, provider groups can connect their teams to all the at-risk panels as needed and establish control of their risk pool without the need to navigate between various portals. Consolidating data spanning various panels improves team organization and time management. Additionally, FRG can customize reports, including revising provider names, adding custom reinsurance calculations, and adjusting for downstream contract arrangements.
