(FRG) is a healthcare information technology company that provides data warehousing and software for several national HMOs and serves data to over 700 IPAs, MSOs and ACOs in the United States. Software – AccuReports® is the backbone of the FRG service platform. Clients gain the power to analyze performance statistics across payors and through organizational hierarchies down to the member level. AccuReports® uniquely offers a library of interactive, actionable and customizable reports that focus the user on trends, high cost expenses, and adverse utilization. It can be seamlessly integrated with other systems to distribute membership, census, quality and other custom reports quickly and efficiently.

Keith Robertson
Keith RobertsonPresident

Keith has worked in healthcare since 1985 and began his career in claims audit and analysis. He founded the company in 1999 to provide audit and recovery services for plans and providers and created AccuReports® in 2001. He sets the agenda for the company, leads the technical processes that drive customer service and directs the development of modifications and enhancements.

Duncan Belser
Duncan BelserVice President, Business Development

Duncan has worked in healthcare management since 1998 in provider information systems, health system strategic planning and health plan medical economics. He has extensive experience in incentive contract administration and is published in the medical literature on healthcare operations research. He leads business development efforts for FRG and provides training and client service.

Craig Martin
Craig MartinVice President, Information Technology

Craig has worked information technology for a variety of industries including energy, public policy research, and health care since 1999. He has a background in economics with an emphasis in econometrics and public policy and has extensive experience in data analysis, information systems, and information security. He leads the information technology team at FRG.

Scott Drake
Scott DrakeDirector, Service Operations

Scott has spent his career in finance and worked in healthcare economics exclusively since 2010. He has held roles in health plan finance, ancillary network medical economics and physician practice management. This broad exposure informs his unique perspective on data analysis across the continuum of care. He leads customer service quality efforts for FRG and helps customers develop actionable strategies to improve organizational performance.

Audit and Recovery Team

The Audit and Recovery team at FRG is proud to bring decades of experience to every audit engagement.  The Audit Director has performed medical claims audits since 1995, and he is chiefly responsible for audit project management and production. Our Senior Auditors have been auditing the most complex medical claims since 1985 and bring special expertise in institutional claims analytics to FRG.   Together, they collaborate with the data processing team to drive the unique data-driven analytic processes that give FRG the capability to review millions of claims each year.

Data Processing Team

FRG applies state-of-the art technologies to drive its database applications that serve medical economics data for more than eleven million lives and scour millions of claims annually for overpayment recovery opportunities.  The Data Warehouse Director and his team bring database management systems experience, process automation and statistical analysis techniques to FRG’s core processes.  The team’s strengths include database automation with SAS®, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL and statistical analysis using R, SPSS and SAS®.   FRG’s Production Programmers ensure timely and consistent updates to client data.

Web Application Developers

FRG’s Web Development team has made AccuReports® and the AccuAudit™ Overpayment Recovery system a reality for FRG and its clients.  Each member brings years of experience and unique skills to the team.  Together their expertise spans the broad spectrum from secure web infrastructure configuration to interactive web application programming and client support.  Their work integrates web technologies in unique ways to ensure an effective online analytical experience. Use FRG web applications to spot trends in your financial and operational data, click on key performance indicators, and drill-through to the drivers.

Compliance Team

FRG is committed to compliance, and our team and clients depend on it.  Together with our Leadership, our Compliance Support Staff completes routine and annual audits of physical security, system security and data security to ensure compliance with Federal Laws, industry standards and Business Associate Agreements for all clients. In addition, FRG contracts with an independent audit firm to perform SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II audits each year and is proud to show its medallion.
