Financial Recovery Group, Inc. (FRG) is proud to announce that Vice President for Business Development Duncan Belser will be a featured speaker at the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) Annual Conference 2017.

Belser will speak at a session called, “A Risk Contracting Primer for Transitioning to Value.” The session will take a deep dive into the elements of risk contracting. Belser will address issues from eligibility and attribution to distribution.  He will also cover risk adjustment, quality-based incentives, claims completion factors and other components of regular reconciliations.

“Value-based contracting has been around for a long time,” says Belser.  “Plans and providers have historically been focused on bending the cost curve, but today’s emphasis on balanced scorecards is refreshing.”
